I have created this Self Care Bundle for all of you to enjoy from the comfort of your home. To celebrate how far you have come, and to encourage you to take time to pause, to relax, to unwind and to let your nervous system take a MUCH needed break!

I have given thought to all of the tools of yoga that I use personally when I am feeling a little overwhelmed, fatigued, in need of time out and put them all into one little bundle for you to enjoy!

It includes:

  • 90 Minute Myofascia Release & Yin Class
  • 20 Minute Pranayama audio - "Spacious"
  • 60 Minute Grounding & Calming Yin Yoga Class
  • 20 Minute Meditation audio - "Finding Ease"

You could treat this bundle in a few different ways :

1) Create a beautiful calming day in your diary to welcome stillness and lots of yoga. Creating your own home yoga retreat, enjoying the practices one after another. In which case you will start with Myofascial Release, then Pranayama, then Yin Yoga then the meditation. Then work your way through the tools and ideas given to you in the Self Care Workbook, thinking about how you could introduce the mindfulness practices into your daily routine moving forward.

2) Set a day for a retreat, starting with MyoFascial Release in the morning. Have a nourishing breakfast, take a little pause to work through the Workbook and maybe some time to journal some intentions of how to make more time for yourself in 2021. Then in the early evening come back to do the Pranayama, then the Yin, and then the meditation together

3) You could dip in and out of the bundle at any time that you feel you have a) time and b) need them, coming back to them again and again. Approach each of the practices when you feel drawn to them. Using the workbook perhaps at the start of the practice to remind you why you are here, and how you can use the tools of the physical practice in accompaniment with the workbook itself.

Most of all, I hope that you enjoy taking time to gift yourself this wonderful opportunity to hit pause and slow down and nourish yourself.

Remember "SELF CARE MEANS GIVING YOURSELF PERMISSION TO PAUSE"
