Caroline Layzell
Hi there! I'm Caroline, an E-RYT500 yoga teacher, blending a playful yet grounding approach to my practice.
My journey to yoga began from an athletic and competitive running background. Recurring injuries from long distance and track running, found me seeking a deeper understanding of my body.
With over 10 years of teaching under my belt, boasting 8000+ teaching hours, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and experience to every practice. My training spans across Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Yin, and Restorative yoga. I've had the privilege of learning from inspiring teachers like Jo Phee, Jason Crandell, Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Cruikshank, Sarah Powers, Michael Watson, Paul Grilley, and Noah Maze.
