This class will allow you to calmly awaken your energy sources, reboot your circulatory system and have you moving into the rest of your day with a feeling of energy, joy and inner calmness.

Kidney & Urinary Bladder

When kidney and UB chi is depleted we can feel anxious, fearful, tired, run down and low on energy or enthusiasm. This class will allow you to calmly awaken your energy sources, recharge your system, reboot your nervous system and yet have you moving into the rest of your day with this inner sense of tranquility.

Liver & Gallbladder

When Liver and Gallbladder chi is depleted we can feel frustrated, anxious, angry, indecisive, unable to make steps forward as we get stuck in a rut and low on energy or motivation to make things happen.
