Women are Cyclical Beings

Which means that in order to feel at our best throughout the month, we need to start to pay attention to our cycle. Each phase of our cycle invites us to notice and experience a different level of energy due to our fluctuating hormones. When we reach our bleed phase - known as Inner Winter according to Traditional Chinese Medicine - we are invited to slow down, journey inward, surrender to the opportunity to pause and quite literally rest, and recharge. This collection of practices are my go to personal practices during my own Inner Winter.

You can also come to them during any stressful moments in life, or when you are feeling tired or in discomfort for example during ovulation or just a super challenging week. Guaranteed to make you feel more rested, at peace and physically find more ease when welcomed into your regular practice and cycle.
