Enjoy discovering all of the hidden pockets of what we often so casually regard as simply the hips. I will introduce you to my concept of the Hip Mandala and there being 4 sections to the thigh - the front, the back, the inner side and the outer edge and explain why this concept is of such importance to us as Yoga Teachers.

When we come to understand the foundations of the hips we can create super effective, safe, balanced and playful classes to suit our students needs. Showing our expertise and knowledge in taking care of and supporting our community along their own yoga journey.
